Digital Product License Agreement

1. What the customer receives

By purchasing a digital product, the customer receives a license to use the file under the terms described on this page and in the specific product description. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the 3D model.

Copyright and ownership rights to the digital model, file, design, technical solution, description, images and related materials remain with Koder Druk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Personal license

If no other license type is stated in the product name or description, the digital product is provided under a personal license.

• you may download the file after payment;
• you may print items for your own personal use;
• you may adjust print settings for your own 3D printer;
• you may not sell physical items printed from this file;
• you may not sell, share, give away, publish or upload the file to third-party websites, marketplaces, forums or groups.

3. Commercial license

A commercial license applies only when it is clearly stated in the product name, product description, invoice or order details.

Under a commercial license, the customer may print physical items from the purchased file and sell those physical items. Copyright and ownership of the digital file and 3D model are not transferred.

• you may print physical items for sale;
• you may use the file in your own production process;
• you may not sell or transfer the STL, STEP, 3MF, ZIP or any other digital file;
• you may not publish the file publicly;
• you may not resell a modified file as your own digital model;
• you may not share the file with contractors, customers or third parties without separate permission.

4. Rights to printed items

A physical item printed by the customer for personal use under a personal license belongs to the customer as a physical object.

However, the rights to the 3D model, digital file, design and construction do not transfer to the customer. Purchasing the file does not grant copyright ownership or the right to treat the model as your own digital product.

5. Custom models and size adaptations

If the customer orders a model adaptation for a specific size, tube, part, printer or technical requirement, the result is provided as a digital file for the agreed use.

Unless otherwise agreed separately, the rights to the created or adapted model remain with Koder Druk, while the customer receives the right to use the file for the agreed purpose.

If the customer provides drawings, models, logos or other materials, the customer confirms that they have the right to use and provide those materials for the work.

6. Prohibited actions

For all digital products, it is prohibited to:

• sell or transfer the digital file to other persons;
• upload the file to marketplaces, file-sharing services, forums, Telegram groups or other public resources;
• claim the model as your own design;
• use the file to create a competing digital product;
• remove authorship marks if they are present in the file or accompanying materials.

7. File access

After successful payment, the digital product becomes available for download in the customer account or by another method stated on the product page or in the order confirmation email.

No physical shipping is provided for digital products.

8. Refunds

A digital product cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item because the file may be copied or downloaded after access is provided.

Refunds for digital products are not provided after file access has been granted, except when the file is damaged, cannot be opened or significantly does not match the product description.

If there is a technical issue with the file, the customer should contact Koder Druk using the contact details on the website and describe the issue. When possible, a corrected file or another reasonable solution will be provided.

9. Changes to these terms

Koder Druk may update this license agreement. For already purchased digital products, the terms valid at the time of purchase apply unless otherwise agreed separately.

10. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order for a digital product, the customer confirms that they have read this license agreement, understand the restrictions on file use and agree to them.
